Warner Pacific Properties is a real estate investment and development company with offices in the Midwest and Southern California. The company specializes in both the acquisition and repositioning of commercial properties as well as the acquisition and development of vacant ground. For over thirty (30) years Warner Pacific Properties and/or related entities have demonstrated an entrepreneurial approach to buying properties, quickly seizing opportunities, taking calculated risks, implementing an aggressive management style and paying all cash.
Within the last three (3) years, and as a result of the company’s principals rapidly responding to the changing marketplace and making expeditious assessments, Warner Pacific Properties has participated in the acquisition and disposition of nearly $50 million worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Meet the Principals

Mr. Michael Odell
Michael Odell is responsible for evaluating all new investment opportunities for the company. He works with real estate brokers and the principals of the sellers to close transactions. He also coordinates relationships with capital partners.
Michael’s previous professional experience includes financial analysis and underwriting assignments for Hanover Financial Company, located in Los Angeles. In his position, Michael utilized his extensive real estate knowledge to analyze the merits of potential value-added and new-development real estate.
Michael earned his Master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California in the School of Policy, Planning and Development. He is also a former commercial real estate appraiser who earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute (currently not an active member). |

Mr. John Odell
John Odell focuses on new development projects, utilizing his expertise to manage everything from property identification and acquisition through construction and including permanent financing and/or disposition.
After earning a finance degree from the University of Notre Dame, John immediately applied his skills to develop commercial real estate projects. His professional portfolio now approaches fifty (50) development projects, spanning all major asset classes across the nation.
John contributes significantly to retail developments and fosters the success of industrial, multi-family and office projects.

Mr. William Odell
William Odell has been active in commercial real estate for more than thirty-five (35) years. In the 1960s Mr. Odell formed a partnership with his father-in-law, Boyd Warner, and it was this entity that initiated a focus on commercial real estate investments and was the forerunner to Warner Pacific Properties.
Though his concentration has primarily been on the identification of viable retail properties, Mr. Odell provides oversight and guidance on all aspects of the company and its investment activities. Mr. Odell’s timeless values and business principles continually prove to be refreshing and lead-directing in a fast-paced real estate market that is ever changing.
